Overview

Supported by the Gates Foundation, this programme strengthens the data and evidence systems that let government track whether reforms are actually working - and adjust quickly when they're not.

Much of the work is invisible by design: better dashboards, cleaner data pipelines, faster feedback loops between schools and the Ministry - the infrastructure good decisions depend on.

Objectives

• Build reliable national learning-outcome data systems.
• Train Ministry staff to use data for real-time decision-making.
• Reduce the lag between data collection and any resulting action.
• Make key education data publicly accessible and transparent.
