DeliverEd
Overview
DeliverEd is a research partnership with the University of Oxford, launched when Lɛ Wi Lan became fully operational in 2021 - one of our first three projects as an independent organisation.
The programme studies how education reforms actually get delivered in practice: which delivery structures, incentives and monitoring routines make the difference between a policy on paper and a policy in classrooms.
Objectives
- Study what delivery structures actually predict reform success.
- Compare delivery models across several Sierra Leonean districts.
- Publish findings that can inform Ministry delivery planning directly.
- Build local research capacity to continue this work independently.
Working on education in Sierra Leone? Let's talk.
Ministries, funders, researchers and school leaders - we're open to partnership at every level of the system.
